Christopher J. Broom
Chairman, Principal, Co-Founder and Director
Mr. Broom co-founded Direct Capital in December 1993 based on the opportunity to create a more efficient platform through which small businesses can
access needed capital for equipment and technology purchases. Mr. Broom has served as a Director and Board Chairman of the Company since that time.
Prior to founding Direct Capital, Mr. Broom was a Senior Vice President at Resource Investments, a timberland investment firm which became one of the
early pioneers of timber as an institutional asset class. After a successful development of the company it was sold to The Union Bank of Switzerland.
Mr. Broom also co-founded Strategic Timber, which specializes in the packaging of foreign timber investments.

Jayne Weakley

Ms. Weakley has 22 years of experience leading all aspects of Operations and Customer Service for both Financial Services organizations and other
Service Industry companies, joining the Company from Fidelity Investments. She has extensive training and experience in Process Management and Process
Improvement. Ms. Weakley is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Process Master and excels in change management.
