1. What are the benefits of this program and why should I participate?

  • You Pay No Final Value Fee When Your Listing Is Financed!
    That's right. If a product that you list is financed by a buyer on eBay through our program, we will reimburse you for your Final Value Fee.

  • Getting paid for financed listings could not be easier or faster! Once your listing is financed, we fund your PayPal account for the winning price of the listing, plus the eBay Final Value Fee.   • Get more bids and increase the opportunity to meet your target pricing on items.

  • Close listings faster with approved buyers! If your listing does not have any bids, you can update your listing to 'Buy It Now' and the pre-approved buyer can place the final bid with their pre-approved finance amount.


2. Which Sellers can participate in the program?
If you are a business that is selling business equipment for more than $2,000 on eBay you are eligible to offer financing as a payment option as long as you complete our brief enrollment form and agree to the terms of service for this program.

4. What is considered?
Brief background and legitimacy check, we need to ensure that you are a valid business, selling legitimate equipment.

5. How do I offer financing?
It's an easy process for sellers to participate in the program and offer financing.

6 . How do I get paid for the financed listing?
Getting paid for financed listings could not be easier or faster. Once your listing is financed, we fund your PayPal account for the winning price of the listing, plus the eBay Final Value Fee. 7. Does it cost me anything to offer financing, even if buyers don't finance?
There is no cost to offer financing regardless if buyers finance or not.

9. What types of finance programs are available?
Our Finance Managers are experts in structuring custom finance options that meet the needs of each business they work with. Direct Capital Finance Programs offer 100% financing, no down payments, start up finance options, flexible payment terms including; deferred payments, seasonal payments and skip payments, and programs for a full range of credit types and equipment costs.

10. How do I get paid for the final value fees?
Your final value fees are included when we fund your PayPal account at the end of the transaction.

Direct Capital Corp. is a leading provider of equipment financing for business. The company is an Inc. 500 firm and has an impeccable reputation for high quality financing with great service.

12. Do I have any additional obligations after I finish my transaction if my buyer finances with Direct Capital?
No you have no future obligations.

14. In what geographical areas is financing available?
Anywhere in the United States (except Puerto Rico) and Canada.

Buyers

1. What is involved in this process?

Securing a financing approval for a listing of $2,000 or more is a simple 1-2-3 process!

1. You complete a brief Financing Application
2. Once you receive final approval on your application, you then can enter a maximum bid up to the approval amount for the listing. If you have already won the item, the approval will be for the amount you agreed to pay for the listing.
3. Once you receive the item, we pay the seller through PayPal at no cost to you or the seller.

Here's the great news: For your protection, Direct Capital verifies the Seller and the equipment.

2. What types of equipment can be financed?
We can finance any new or used business equipment on eBay over $2,000. To see specific examples of equipment that can be financed through this program, click here

3. What is the minimum finance amount?
Direct Capital will provide financing for listings as low as $2,000

4. Do I need to have an Item Number before I apply?
No. Direct Capital can pre-qualify your business for financing prior to you determining
The exact listing. You will need to notify Direct Capital as soon as you locate a listing in order to proceed with the final approval process.

5. After I submit my application, how long will it take to get an Approved?
Pre-qualification generally takes 30 minutes. Final approval once item and seller information is received is generally a few hours during a business day.

6. What is involved in the Seller Screening Process? How does this affect me?
As an additional protection to you, Direct Capital verifies basic information about the seller of the equipment, sellers' rating and equipment review.

7. What is considered when approving my business for financing?
Direct Capital looks at a variety of components of the transaction, including;
equipment type, equipment cost, time in business and personal credit history.

8. What if I have already won an auction?
If you have already won an auction, you will need to complete the brief Buyer Finance Application. Direct Capital has the ability to finance equipment for your business if you have recently won an auction.

9. What if I am approved for financing, but lose the auction?
Your financing approval is still valid for other listings, for a period up to 120 days.

10. What if I would like to finance equipment in multiple listings with multiple sellers?
You will need to complete the brief Buyer Finance Application. Direct Capital has the ability to finance equipment in multiple listings, with multiple sellers for your business.

11. What types of finance programs are available?
Your Finance Manager has expertise in structuring custom finance options that meet the needs of each business. Direct Capital Finance Programs offer 100% financing, no down payments, start up finance options, flexible payment terms including; deferred payments, seasonal payments and skip payments, and programs for a full range of credit types and equipment costs.
