Responsibilities
- Translate from business requirements to reporting/data transformation functional specifications
- Develop complex MS SQL queries and stored procs for data extraction and reporting
- Improve query performance of existing SQL and stored procs
- Verify correctness of data extraction and reporting functionality
- Refactor SQL and stored procs to enable reuse and improve robustness
- Analyze problem incidents, debug SQL and implement fixes
- Synchronize data between Salesforce and other systems
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years developing SQL and Stored Procs
- Strong experience with ETL between different data systems
- Experience with one or more reporting systems, such as SRSS or Crystal Reports
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, proactive and collaborative
- Excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and deliver multiple projects concurrently
- BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field

Software Systems Analyst
The Software Systems Analyst is responsible for defining software feature behavior and requirements, and serves as the "bridge" between our business
teams and the technology organization. To be successful you will need to understand the business in which we operate and our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate into software requirements
- Document feature specifications for process workflows, reports, data inputs and user interfaces
- Negotiate scope of feature requests to balance needs and maintain project schedules

- Recommend solutions to meet multiple, conflicting goals as issues arise
- Plan feature roadmaps with business partners and prioritize new feature requests with project managers
